Today is fixed for show cause by Complainant.

O.P. is also absent without any step

It is now 1:15 PM on repeated calls neither the complainant nor his advocate is found present either to file show cause or to take any step.

In view of above facts and circumstances we have sufficient reason to believe that complainant has lost his interest to proceed with this case.

So, this complaint is liable to be dismissed.

Hence, it is

That the C.C. no.22 of 2016 be and same is hereby dismissed for DEFAULT; BUT WITHOUT COST.
