The case posted to-day for further Final hearing.

Parties present through Advocates. To-day Advocate for the Complainant filed a memo stating there-in that the Complainant does not want further to proceed with their case as the power supply is satisfactory as per the agreement between the Parties. Hence prayed for not- press of the case.

Perused the memo and heard from both the Advocates. Considering the matter we allowed the memo. Case is disposed off accordingly.
