THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

          This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction to repay the amount of Rs.17,000/- with interest and transport charges of Rs.1000/- and Telephonic charges of Rs.500/- and to pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- towards compensation for mental agony and hardship and Rs.10,000/- as cost of the complaint.

       

        Proof affidavit of complainant not filed for long time.   Complainant and complainant counsel also called absent for long time.  Hence the complaint is dismissed for default.  No cost.
