Today is fixed for appearance of the OP and for filing W/V.

Mr. Subir Bera, the Ld. Advocate appears for the OP and prays for time. He undertakes to file Vakalatnama by the next date.

It is voluntarily submitted by the Ld. Advocate of the OP that the claimed amount of Rs. 7,984/- (Rupees seven thousand nine hundred eighty four) has already been paid to the complainant.

The complainant present before this Commission also concedes to such submission of the Ld. Advocate.

It is clarified that he has received Rs. 7,984/- from the OP. This case was filed by the complainant on 01.04.2022 seeking direction on the OP for refunding a sum of Rs. 7,969/- and also for compensation and cost. Since the principal amount has been paid, we do not think it necessary to drag the case.

In view of the acknowledgement as to the receipt of amount of Rs. 7,969/- by the complainant from the OP in the meanwhile the case is fit to be disposed of.

Therefore the case is disposed of without any direction to either parties.

There will be no order as to cost or compensation.

Let a plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
