ORDER

The instant complaint petition is filed by one Sri Jeeten Chakma and Smt. Purnima Chakma along with an application for condoning the delay of 217 days.

Today the matter is fixed for hearing on condonation petition.

None appears on behalf of the opposite parties.

Mr. P.B. Chakma, Ld. Counsel appearing for the complainants wants to withdraw the complaint petition as well as condonation petition with a liberty to file afresh as there is some discripency in the contents of the petition.

Prayer for withdrawal is allowed with a liberty to file afresh in accordance with law, if so advised.

In the result, the complaint petition as well as the condonation petition are disposed of as withdrawn.

Copy of this order be supplied to the parties.
