Complainant is present through his ld advocate on record by filing hazira.

Ld advocate submits that OP Nos.1 to 3 Axis Bank Ltd. Authority blocked the ‘Debit Frozen’ and complainant by virtue of this case wants the order directing the OPs for activation of the bank Account being No.914010027219640 while customer Identification Number is 346003300.  This is Savings Bank Account lying in Axis Bank, Siliguri Branch at Sevoke Road opened in the year 2014 in the name of Dipak Raj Bhandary, the complainant.  The case is orienting an amount of Rs.40,32,432.30 (Rupees Forty Lakhs Thirty Two Thousand Four Hundred Thirty Two and Thirty Paisa).  Complainant filed documents to that effect and from the Statement of Axis Account No. 914010027219640 for the period from 15.11.2017 to 31.12.2017 closing balance shows an amount of Rs.40,50,960.30.  Ld advocate submits during hearing that as regards the said Savings Bank Account an amount lying therein this case has been so initiated.  After hearing ld advocate we are of the view that the amount as mentioned in the petition of complaint which has been in question in this case is exceeding the pecuniary jurisdiction of this Forum and on this backdrop the instant case is not a fit case to be admitted. 

Hence, it is not admitted as it is not maintainable here in this Forum.
