                        This case is taken up today on the strength of an advance petition filed by Advocate for complainant. The Advocate for the complainant filed a not pressed memo stating that he received a cheque bearing No.841001 dt.2.7.2014 of Axis Bank ltd. for Rs.20,529.00 outside the court with  full satisfaction and he does not want to proceed further with the case and prayed to drop the case. The copy of the memo is served on the Advocate for the O.P.   Heard the memo and memo is allowed accordingly.

                        In the result, we closed the case as not pressed.
