THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

          This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction  to replace with a new washing machine and to pay a sum of Rs.4534/- towards AMC and to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/-  for deficiency in service and Rs.10,000/- as cost of the complaint.

 

        Both parties filed Separate Memo stating that the matter is settled between the parties.  Hence  both Memos recorded.  In view of the Memo this case is dismissed as settled out of Forum.   No cost.
