Heard Mr. D. Borah, learned counsel, appearing for the appellant. Also heard Mr. P. Bhowmik, learned counsel, appearing for the respondents/ASEB.

            By filing the instant application, applicant/appellant has prayed for allowing him to withdraw the appeal on the ground that during the pendency of the appeal, grievances raised by the appellant, have been resolved and hence he does not want to pursue the matter.

            Perused the application. In view of the statements made on oath in the application, as prayed for, applicant is allowed to withdraw the appeal

            Accordingly, the Misc Case is allowed and disposed of.
