Although it is submitted that there is deficiency in service on the part of opposite party No.1, however, no where it is made out what is the deficiency, and when  the cause of action occurred to the complainant,  to file the present complaint.

 Although the complainant states that there is a lapse of eight months for granting power connection to the complainant by the Electricity Department, yet nowhere in the complaint it is shown what were the charges paid towards the connection as well as when was the electricity connection given to the complainant.  Neither the complainant in her complaint, nor the lawyer who argued the case of the complainant was able to show to us the alleged delay in giving the electricity connection to the complainant by the opposite

parties.  According to us, the complaint does not fit within the four corners of the Consumer Protection Act.  Therefore, we find no reasons to admit the complaint.
