                                                            ORDER.

                        The complainant  filed a memo  submitted that  the above petition filed  before the commission  wrongly  in two times and   numbers  are  registered as C.C. case No. 207 of 2021 and 208 of 2021  in same name  and  O.Ps  are same

and  grievances are same.

                        In  C.C. case No. 208 of 2021 the O.P. has appeared  and taken  adjournment  to file  Written version.  The complainant in their memo submitted that  the C.C. case  No. 207 of 2021  may  be closed  for the best interest of justice.

 

                        Heard   the  memo.   Perused the record.  Memo is allowed..

                        Accordingly   the  C.C. case  No. 207 of 2021   is  hereby  closed.
