           Today the case is fixed for filing of power of attorney as well as written statement by the OPs. The ld. Counsel for the complainant made a statement the matter has been compromised between the parties and the complainant does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and thus prayed for dismissal of the same as withdrawn being compromised.

         Heard.  In view of the statement made by the ld. counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.  Copies of this order be supplied to the parties concerned free of costs.  File be consigned to record-room after due compliance.
