                     Today the case is fixed for appearance of the OPs No. 1 and 2. Power of attorney filed on behalf of OPs No.1 and 2. At this stage, the Authorised representative of the Complainant, by making a separate statement, stated that on the instructions of the Complainant, he withdraws the present complaint.

                     Heard. In view of the statement made by the Authorised representative of the Complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.

                     A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to record room after due compliance .
