ORDER

Counsel for the J.Dr submits a copy of the account of the D.Hr showing crediting of Rs.22,656/- to the account of the D.Hr. Then tendered a cheque for Rs.6,000/- and cash of Rs.200/- to the counsel of the D.Hr who reports the receipt of the same. Cost of Rs.3,000/- is also paid towards the Legal Aid Account of this forum. Counsel for D.Hr submits that it satisfies the claim of the D.Hr and submitted for recording EFS. Hence, EP is closed as fully satisfied.
