ORDER

The complaint is for recovery of deposit amount and the interest on it. The opposite party though admitted the receipt of deposit has contended that the interest as well as deposit were paid to complainant. During argument after perusal of the relevant records the complainant’s counsel admitted the receipt of interest and the deposit by complainant as contended by opposite party and submitted that the complainant may be dismissed without costs. Therefore the complaint is dismissed without costs.
