             Shri jagat Singh Counsel for the complainant-DH has made a statement that the complainant-DH has received the allotment letter no. 10322 dated 15.12.2016 regarding plot no. 1355 sector 23, Sonepat and offer of possession letter dated 25.12.2016 from the respondent-JD and thus, he does not want to continue with the present execution petition and it may be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

             Heard.

             Keeping in view the above statement, the present execution stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.
