Cheque bearing No.241102 dated 17.12.2013 in the name of Sh. Navjyot Khanna and Sh. Anandjyot Khanna, in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/-, as per the order dated 21.1.2013 passed in First Appeals No.277 & 306 of 2007 by Hon'ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi, has been handed over by the Counsel  for the Judgment Debtor/Opposite Party to Sh. Ranbir Khanna, GPA of Sh. Navjyot Khanna and Sh. Anandjyot Khanna, for further handing over the same to them (Decree Holders). Sh. Ranbir Khanna, GPA has also given receipt of having received the said cheque from the Counsel  for the Judgment Debtor/Opposite Party. Copy of the cheque has been retained on record.

2.                     Sh. Ranbir Khanna, GPA has submitted that the amount has been paid after 11 months of passing the order by Hon'ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi and the Judgment Debtor/Opposite Party should be penalized. It may be stated here, that this Commission is only to comply with the order dated 21.1.2013, passed by Hon'ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi in the aforesaid appeal. It can neither subtract anything therefrom nor can add anything thereto.

3.                     The Execution Application is, accordingly, dismissed as fully satisfied, with no order as to costs.

4.                     Copy of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
