     Since complainant is not present, so it can be presumed that he does not want to pursue this complaint.

     In view of the order of the Hon’ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission dated 10.11.2005 passed in Revision Petitions No.625/2004 to 627/2004, complainant has left with no cause of action to pursue this complaint. Hence, the same is dismissed.
