ORDER

            Counsel for OP No.1 made statement that the payment of the disputed amount will be made to the complainant, as per seniority mentioned in para No.4 of the reply filed by OP No.1 on merits. Counsel for complainant admitted statement of counsel for OP No.1 to be correct and prayed that the case may be disposed of accordingly. Such statement is placed on record.

          In view of such statements, the OP No.1 is directed to make the payment of disputed amount to the complainant, as per seniority mentioned in para No.4 of the reply filed by OP No.1 on merits. The complaint stands disposed of accordingly.
