ORDER The O.P. shall hand over the shop No.15 in Municipal complex by providing electricity and water within one month from the date of order. The O.P shall provide electricity & water to the shop out of the advance amount of Rs.3,000/- and adjust the same to the rent of three months. The O.P. shall pay Rs.3,000/- towards  mental agony and Rs.500-00 towards cost of the proceedings.
