This complaint has been filed by the complainants against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to register and handover the said vehicle Mini A/c Bus Engine No.SLTH3GX190473 and the Chasis No.MBUWEL4XGX097312 to the complainants, to waive the interest by the opposite parties 3 to 5 till handover the said vehicle with registration to the complainants, to direct the opposite parties 3 to 5 to return the 5 EMI amount of Rs.1,82,125/-to the complainants, to collect the EMI dues till handover the said vehicle with registration from the complainants, to return a sum of Rs.75,000/- by the opposite parties 1 & 2 and to pay a sum of Rs.87,000/- towards compensation for mental agony, deficiency in service etc with cost to the complainants.
Proof Affidavit of the complainants not filed for a long time to prove the case of the complainants. The complainants are called absent for a long time. No representation also. Hence this compliant is dismissed for default.
