           Today the case is fixed for complainant’s evidence but the ld. Counsel for the complainant suffered a statement that the matter has been compromised between the parties and nothing remains due towards the Ops, so, he wants to withdraw the present complaint. 

           In view of the statement made by the ld. Counsel for the complainant the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.  Copies of this order be supplied to the parties concerned free of cost.  File be consigned to the record-room after due compliance.
