Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant.

Complainant takes no steps even at 1 pm. when this matter is taken up for consideration for the second time.

Heard the ld. Advocate for the op. As per submission of the ld. Advocate for the op complainant is not taking steps for a long time and so necessary order is to be passed.

On the background of the above noted position it appears that the complainant is not taking steps for a long time that in from 31.3.2022. Inspite of getting chance for filing evidence on affidavit, it has not been filed.

This matter is clearly indicating that complainant is not interested to proceed with this case. So, this District Commission has no other alternative but to dismiss this case for non compliance of Court’s order.

In the result, it is accordingly

Ordered

that this complaint case be and the same is dismissed for non compliance of Court’s order.

No order is passed as to costs.
