The complainant is absent without steps.

On repeated calls, none appears on behalf of complainant. It is now 1.30 p.m.

Record reflects that inspite of giving several directions the complainant did not file any show cause for steps.

The conduct of complainant seems to us that the complainant is not interested to proceed the case further.

In our view, the case deserves an order of Dismissal.

Hence, it is ORDERED.
