Dt.24.09.15.        The record is taken up for judgment.  Petition dated 14.09.2015 is taken.  The petition states that the case has been compromised by way of settlement.  Considered.  No step has been taken by complainant.

We have seen the record.  As the case has been compromised, this Forum should not stand in the way of compromise.
