The Case is posted to-day for version. This order is arises out of the withdrawn petition filed by the Complainant on Dt.15/04/2015 which is put up to-day.
On perusal of the case record it is found that on Dt.15/04/2015, the Complainant filed a petition stating there-in that this case has been amicably settled between the Parties out side the Forum and the Complainant want to withdrawn this case as he has satisfied with the out come of the amicable settlement.
Copy of petition not served to the Opposite Party.
Heard the matter from the Complainant who present personally in the Forum on Dt.15/04/2015 and signed the petition and submitted that he was satisfied with the settlement and hence does not want to proceed further in this case.
Hence considering the submission of the Complainant and after fully satisfied with the version of Complainant the Forum also does not want to linger the case further.
Hence ordered that the case is hereby disposed off as it is being withdrawn.
The case is disposed off accordingly.
