The learned Counsel for the complainant is present and filed hazira along with a petition for withdrawal of the consumer complainant case with a request that the claim has been settled between both the parties amicably out of Commission.The amount of Rs96,152/-(Rupees ninety six thousand one hundred fifty two) only including litigation charges already has received by the complainant through a D.D No 131192 dt 12.01.2022 drawn in the Axis Bank, Gurugaon with full and final satisfaction of the claim.Heard.Perused the withdrawal petition along with case record.Hence the Consumer Complainant case is disposed of as withdrawn.
