Both parties are absent after calling no body appear on behalf of the parties 

On perusal of the record it appear that the case is on the year 2015 and during the pendency of this record two refit ion date 06/08/2018 and 08/08/2018 are enclosed in this record petition date 06/08/2018 filed by the O.P and petition date 08/08/2018 filed by the complainant namely arup kumar paul after perusing the said petition both parties wants to disposal of this case due to complainant between the parties out of the forum and on the basis of compromise out of the forum complainant arup kumar paul received the Rs 21000/- bearing no 900486 date 12/08/2010 for Rs- 21000/- and DD. no 077831 date 18/07/2018 for Rs40,000/- total amount Rs 61000 and on that basis complainant settle the problem and he filed the petition date 08/08/2018 for disposal of this case

Under such circumstances discoursed above the basis of said petition date 06/08/2018 and 08/08/2018 filed by the O.P and complainant respectively the case is here by dismissed in full and final satisfaction of the complainant.
