Order No. 05 Dt. 28.09.2007

             Petitioner Monoj Kr. Ghosh and Uma Kanta Ghosh (O.P. No.2) have deposited Rs.42,758/- respectively and on the basis of such receipt of  payment W.B.S.E.B. has submitted 6 receipts, 3 each of both the above persons.(Xerox copies of 6 receipts submitted in Forum).

          Accordingly, the submission of the W.B.S.E.B. is accepted that this department will provide industrial electric connection (Husking Mill) to both the above persons within 30 days from date after observance of formalities on behalf of the parties.

          Let a copy of this order be given both the parties free of cost.
