This complaint has been filed by the complainants against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- towards compensation for untold hardship, mental agony and cost to the complainants.

Proof Affidavit of both complainants and opposite parties 1 & 2 not filed for long time to prove the averments in the complaint and contentions raised in the written version.  Both complainants and opposite parties 1 & 2 absent for a long time.  Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
