ORDER

Learned Advocate for the complainant is present. Heard him at length regarding admission of the complaint.  On perusal of the complaint and after hearing Learned Advocate for the complainant we find that the cause of action as reveals from the complaint had occurred at Udaipur under Gomati District, Tripura. Apart from this it reveals that addresses of the complainant and that of the O.P. No.2 are at R.K. Pur, Udaipur, Gomati District. It is only the O.P. No.1 whose office exists at Agartala.  We further noticed that O.P. No.2, The Branch Manager, Tripura Gramin Bank, Udiapur Branch, R.K. Pur, District- Gomati Tripura is the principal O.P.  Hence, we are not inclined to admit the complaint. Therefore, the case stands disposed of being lack of jurisdiction. However, the complainant is at liberty to withdraw his complaint and file fresh complaint before the District Forum at Gomati District, Tripura.
