Ld. Counsel for the O.P. No.2 and 3 files hazira respectively. No step taken by the complainant. None is present on behalf of the complainant on repeated calls. No show cause is filed by the complainant.

It is evident from the records that vide order No. 37, Complainant was directed to show cause as the complainant was absent and no step was taken. Today the complainant is also absent and no step is taken.

            Under such circumstances, we are of the opinion that the complainant has lost interest to proceed with the case further.

Hence, it is

that the Consumer Complaint being No. 85/2016 be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution without any cost.
