Order No.12, Dated: 23.4.2015

Today is fixed for bringing status report in respect of the proceeding pending before the Higher Authorities.  The Dhr. files hazira but the Jdr. by filing a petition has prayed for time to bring status report. Let the petition be kept with the record.

On scrutiny of the record it appears that this forum was pleased to pass an award in favour of the complainant/Dhr.   Subsequently, said award was challenged before the Hon’ble State Commission.  The Hon’ble State Commission was pleased to affirm the order of this Forum.  It further appears that thereafter the O.Ps. preferred Revision Application before the Hon’ble National Commission.  The Hon’ble National Commission by passing the final order dated 21.4.2015 in Revision Petition No.3865 of 2013 has been pleased to set aside the award under this execution case.  So, this execution case has lost its force.

In the above premises we are of the opinion that there is nothing to proceed with this case further.

Hence, it is

Ordered

that the Execution Case 41/2013 is rejected.  The case is thus disposed of. 

Let the copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
