According to office report dated 24.05.2022, registered court notice was issued to the appellant on 31.03.2022, which is not received back in the office as yet.
Office has submitted the tracking report of registered court notice issued to the appellant, according to which, the delivery of notice is confirmed.
In the interest of justice, one more opportunity is provided to the appellant.
Put up on 31.05.2022 for further orders.”
Inspite of that, none has appeared on behalf of the appellant even today.
It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing this appeal further.
Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed in default of the appellant.
