The complainant Sri Santiram Ray is present. He is duly identified by authorized Ld. Advocate. Copy of relevant Aadhaar Card of the petitioner is also filed. The complainant files a petition along with verification dated 20/08/2024 and stated that the OP complied with the order of this Commission and he received water connection in his premises from the OP side.

             Eventually the complainant is not willing to proceed with this case in this Commission any further and he prays for withdrawal of the case.

Hence,

                        Ordered,

                                    that the Case No. CC/38/2019 be and the same is disposed of for non-prosecution.

Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each at free of cost.
