The Advocate for Complainant is absent on repeated calls till last hour of the Forum, no steps filed. The O.Ps are absent, no w/v filed. On perusal of the case record, it came to our notice that the Complainant remained absent on 29.01.20, 18.02.20 and today also. Sufficient opportunities have been given to the Complainant for hearing of this case. The Complainant has not shown any interest to proceed this case further. So, we found no reason to adjourn this case furthermore. Hence, the case is dismissed for default of the Complainant.

Later On (25.02.20)-      One representative Mr. Uttam Khuntia on behalf of O.P No.1 is present and files written version/ Reply along with authorization. In view of the earlier order, this w/v & authorization are not considered at this stage accordingly.
