The instant Execution Application has been filed by the Dhr. for realization of Rs.600000/- as awarded amount, cost of Rs.1000/- and interest @ 9% since 28.06.11.
The D.hr fails to submit the documents required to admit the case.
It appears from the record that Jdr appealed before the Hon’ble SCDRC, West Bengal and the said appeal was dismissed on 07.03.2012. Then the Jdr again appealed before the Hon’ble NCDRC, New Delhi and the Hon’ble NCDRC, New Delhi set aside the orders of the Ld. District Forum and Hon’ble SCDRC, West Bengal and the respondent/ complainant was granted liberty to approach the Civil Court for availing such remedy as may be available to him in accordance with law.
We find that we have no other alternative but to dispose of this Execution Application being not admitted.
