          None present for the Appellant even on second call.  Today, the Appellant has failed to appear before this Commission without any sufficient reasons.  Adv. H. G. Dharmadhikari is present on behalf of the Respondents.  He files brief notes of written arguments.  He has also placed on record decisions of the Supreme Court as well as National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission holding that student is not a ‘consumer’.  However, since the Appellant is absent today, appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution.  Parties shall bear their own costs.
