Final Order / Judgement

Order No. 7              Date : 02.09.2022

Complainant is found absent on repeated calls.

Ld. Advocate for the complainant is present.

Ld. Advocate for the opposite parties is present.

Ld. Advocate for the complainant states that he was present on the earlier date as such he will not file any show cause of the complainant as directed by order no.6 dated 16.08.2022.

On perusal of the record, we found the earlier date was fixed on 16.08.2022 and the case was called up at 01.25 p.m. Neither the complainant nor her Advocate was found present in spite of repeated calls.  Therefore, an order has been passed against the complainant for showing cause as to why the complaint case shall not be dismissed.

Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant in the light of the observation stated above.

Ld. Advocate for the complainant refused to take any steps in this case.  The complainant herself was also not present to comply the direction passed in order no. 6 dated 16.08.2022.

Neither the complainant nor her Advocate is interested to proceed with the case any further by complying the direction of the Commission.

Hence, it is
