Today is fixed for filing show-cause by O.p. no.1. O.p. no.3 is found present. O.p. no.1 is found present and has filed show-cause petition. Grounds stated in the show-cause petition are found satisfactory and so it is accepted.

This day is also fixed for filing show-cause by the complainant. Complainant is found absent. No show-cause has been filed by the complainant. On call nobody appears for the complainant. All these factors are clearly reflected that the complainant is not interested to proceed with this case. In the result,

it is accordingly,

that the complaint case no.40/2020 be and the same is dismissed for non-compliance of the order of this District Commission. No order is passed as to cost.
