                                                            JUDGMENT

                        The facts of the complaint  in brief is that  the complainant has applied for recorrection  and photo copy of the answer paper of Miss. Madhusmita Samal vide Roll No.109HD088 on dt.12.06.2014 with the fee vide demand draft No.519010 dt.12.06.2014  drawn in favour of Finance Officer CHSE Odisha, Bhubaneswar but till now there is no result for the same. The complainant already submitted the details of application  with DDE for Rs.4100/-  and he has approached several times  to the O.p  by visiting to CHSE Board, Bhubaneswar but  he has not received any result. The Opp.Party intentionally with malafide intention grabbed the money hand harassed the complainant. Hence, prayed to direct the O.p to recorrect the paper and supply the answer paper and award monetary compensation for mental agony. Hence, this complaint.

                        Being noticed by this forum the opposite party remained silent and did not turn of to file any written version and in absence of any written version from the opposite party we proceeded  the matter exparte and  believed  the allegations of the complainant  and  hence, we passed the order and  dispose of the matter with the following directions.

                                                              ORDER

                        The  opposite parties  are     directed to   recorrect the  paper and supply the answer paper  applied by the complainant  and pay compensation of Rs.5,000/-  for mental agony  and cost of Rs.500/- to the complainant within one month from the date of receipt of this order, failing which the O.P is  liable to pay  interest  @  12%  p.a. on the above awarded amount till  the date of payment.

                        Pronounced in open forum today on this 16^th day of September,2016 under the seal and signature of this forum.

                         A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements , be forwarded to the parties    free of charge.
