This case record has been placed before the ld. Judges of Upobhokta Lok Adalat which is held on this day at the court room of D.C.D.R.C., Hooghly.
Ld. Advocates of both sides are found present.
As per submissions of ld. Advocates of both sides the disputes involved in this case has been amicably settled subject to the payment of Rs. 55,000/- to the complainant.
Ld. Advocate for the op by showing one document of Standard Chartered Bank pointed out that the amount of Rs. 55,000/- has already been transferred in the account of the complainant by way of “NEFT”.
Ld. Advocate for the complainant at this stage submitted that this case can be disposed of before this Lok Adalat subject to realization of the said amount.
On close scrutiny of the documents filed by the ld. Advocate of op and after considering the submission of the ld. Lawyers of both sides ld. Judges of this Upobhokta Lok Adalat are of the view that the disputes involved in this case has been amicably settled subject to payment of Rs. 55,000/-.
As the disputes involved in this case have amicably settled, ld. Judges of the Upobhokta Lok Adalat are if the view that there is no further necessity of dragging this matter.
In the result, it is accordingly,
Ordered
that the C.C. case no. 34 of 2019 be and the same is disposed of as it is settled between the parties.
Let receipt filed by the op regarding the payment of Rs. 55,000/- through “NEFT” be kept with the record.
If the amount of Rs. 55,000/- is not realized by the complainant, he is given liberty to execute this award as per law.
Let a free certified copy of this order be handed over to the parties immediately.
