ORDER

In response to order passed by this Commission on 26.11.2018, copy of Acceptance-cum-Demand Letter dated 30.11.2018 has been placed on record. The said letter has already been supplied to the complainant. The complainant states that he will deposit the amount due within the prescribed period.

                   In view of above, this complaint has become infructuous and disposed of accordingly. However, we make it very clear that on deposit so being made, the opposite parties shall handover possession of livable unit, complete in all respects, within 30 days from making such deposit. If there is no compliance to the order passed or there exists any deficiency in construction etc., liberty shall remain with the complainant to again approach the competent Fora.

                   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of charge.
