ORDER

                    Copy of the letter dated 14.01.2016 of transfer of allotment of Dwelling unit No.3205/2 has been filed on behalf of OPs. Sh. Shailendra Sharma, counsel for the complainant has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                   “The OPs have redressed the grievance of the complainant and the matter has now been settled between the parties. I do not wish to press this complaint further. This complaint be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied”.  

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.       

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
