      The Complainant files a petition today praying for dismissal of the complaint on the ground that the instant complaint case has been amicably settled.

       The Complainant is not willing to proceed with this case as the case has been amicably settled. The materials on record shows that today he files a petition praying for dismissal of the instant case. Such being the position the instant is required to be dismissed for non-prosecution.
