Complainant also files a petition praying for disposal of the case on full and final satisfaction.  It appears from the petition that the complainant filed the instant case to remove a paka dustbin situated in front of door of the complainant against the Chairman, Bansbaria Municipality.  It is also stated that during hearing of argument of this case the op Municipality has been much cooperative in removing the disputed paka dustbin.  So, the purpose of the complainant has been served in filing this complaint case.  As such the complainant does not want to prays for any other relief prayed for in the complaint petition.  By filing this verified petition the complainant prayed to dismiss the complaint case on full and final satisfaction.

Heard the complainant and the Ld. Advocate on behalf of the complainant and perused the case record this Commission may not cause impediment at the pious act of the parties as the disputed has been settled in between the parties during the pendency of the complaint case.

The complaint has no further allegation in respect of other reliefs as prayed in the complaint petition.  So, this commission is in the opinion to dismiss the case due to full and final satisfaction.
     Let a plain copy of this order be supplied free of cost to the parties/their Ld. Advocates/Agents on record by hand under proper acknowledgement/sent by ordinary post for information and necessary action.
