          This complaint is coming on before us for hearing today, this Commission made the following order in open court :-

          Both present. Today when the matter taken up for consideration, memo of compliance filed by the parties and represented by the both parties that the matter has been settled between the parties, the complainant has agreed to receive a sum of RS.3,50,000/- by way of cheque dated 3.6.2022, bearing No. 094109 drawn on Indian Overseas Bank, Apollo Hospital Branch, towards full and final settlement from the opposite parties. Memo recorded.

          In view of the same, the complaint is dismissed as settled out of Commission. Memo shall form part of the order.
