In view of the  memo filed by the  Petitioner/Complainant that the entire  amount of claim made in the Execution Application satisfied by the Respondents/Opposite parties.

                                        Details of payment.

1. The petitioner had received Rs.17,52,126/- by way of  DD from the Respondent.
2. A Cheque  in favour of the petitioner for a value of Rs.25,000/- dated 8.10.2014 drawn on Corporation Bank, Thanjavur handed over to petitioner.  The amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited by the Respondent viz.  New India Assurance before the  Hon’ble  State Commission in the name of Registrar is available with Registrar, State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Chennai.  The opposite party at liberty to move the Registrar, State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission to withdraw  the above said Rs.25,000/-.

                     Full satisfaction recorded. Execution Application terminated.
