Both parties filed compromise petition and prayed for order in terms of following compromise. 2nd opposite party agrees to replace half engine of the petitioner's Tata Sumo EX+ vehicle bearing Registration No. KL-02-S-4212 on or before 21.10.2008. 2nd opposite party also agrees to extend one year warranty for the replaced half engine. The parties herein are fully satisfied and do not want to proceed further with the matter.
