   Sub-Division, APEPDCL Chodavaram,

   Visakhapatnam.

4.The Divisional Electrical Engineer, Operations,

   APEPDCL, Narsipatnam, Visakhapatnam.

5.A Srinivasa Rao, AAE/DPE-II/APEPDCL,

   VIZIANAGARAM (Dt.)

This case coming on 12.08.2014 for final hearing before us in the presence of Sri J.P. Naidu, Advocate for the Complainant and Sri A. Venu Gopal Rao, Advocate for the Opposite Parties  and having stood over till this date for consideration, this Forum made the following:

(As per the Honourable President(FAC)on behalf of the Bench)

 

          Both Parties called absent. No representation.   Even several adjournments were given to both parties to appear before this Forum, but they failed to appear.   Hence, Complaint is dismissed for default of the Complainant.

     Dictated to the Steno, transcribed by him, corrected and pronounced by us in the Open Forum, this the12^th day of August, 2014.
